Giving thanks in 2020 for the ability to connect and have a ZoomGiving, in lieu of a traditional Thanksgiving this year. Now for an important question … what pie do you serve for you/yours on Thanksgiving?
If you haven’t seen this video, I’m sharing one that made me laugh out loud! NBC featured Steve Kornacki showing “the big board” with favorite desserts on the Kelly Clarkson show. There were some surprise favorites (brownies and chocolate cream pie) and the traditional pumpkin and pecan pie! https://www.today.com/video/steve-kornacki-analyzes-thanksgiving-desserts-on-kelly-clarkson-s-show-96294981610
If you love cooking, cook. If you don’t, take out. As I’m the former, I must admit making the full Thanksgiving dinner seems a bit much this year. It’s time to mix it up and try something I’ve not tried before to “play” in the kitchen and enjoy a big spinach salad!
