Question 1. What do you enjoy about working with your clients?
I enjoy building a relationship with my clients based on trust and integrity. I am genuine in my relationships and treat each customer with respect and value as their needs are very important to me.
Question 2. How would you suggest a potential new client prepare for a 1st meeting?
Preferably to have their current insurance documents handy so we can first review their current coverages along with driver’s license numbers and date of births of all named insureds.
Question 3. When someone agrees to become a client, what can they expect immediately? Over time?
Personalized service from a local insurance agent who truly cares about their insurance needs. Our office has a great team of customer service representatives who service all aspects of each account; billing, policy changes, claims, etc.
Question 4. What is your service philosophy?
To be a present source of service for my clients. I respond quickly to emails, phone calls and address their needs in a caring and efficient way. Each customer matters to me and each of their insurance needs and changes are valued with high importance.
Question 5. What resources do you provide to assist “laypeople” with understanding what is being discussed?
