Happy New Year everyone! It’s time to start fresh, setting up for a year of possibilities ahead! Before we take the trip ahead this year, here is a road-map of topics we’ll explore together in 2019.
I’m reminded each year why I do what I do. Life happens differently to each of us throughout the year. We face personal and professional interruptions to our “normal” routine. Sometimes to such a degree to cause changes in focus/priorities, unlike anything we’ve experienced before. Our daily tasks and routines at home and work must incorporate and/or adapt to the new circumstances.
Our road-map in 2019 will “get under the hood” to consider variables of our personal and professional lives that benefit from advance consideration and planning. We’ll bring to life the administrative variables in our lives requiring attention often from outside professionals to help protect ourselves, our loved ones, our colleagues, bosses and clients.
Consideration of what you want, why you want it and what it takes to make sure it is “buttoned-up” in accordance with local, state and national laws can seem like a jumbled puzzle of confusing pieces. Our goal is to provide practical interpretation of what’s required and what’s “nice to have” for you and those your life touches.
The compartments of life vary, depending on our stage in life. We undergo transitions throughout life. Young adults benefit from incorporating “adulting” issues as they reach legal age. This creates a road-map to be updated throughout their lives. All adults benefit from incorporating strategies throughout life to assist them with adapting to and surviving through disruptions.
Knowing what is involved, what it means and how to go about taking action is the focus of 2019. From topics impacting daily life to national issues of interest to us at home and work, the goal is to prepare you in ways that help you avoid the unintended consequences of inaction for when disruption hits you personally and professionally.
